The staff are so professional, very helpful and they really couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the bar did a great dirty vodka martini. Very comfortable bed too. A truly first-class hotel.

His proactiveness and warm attitude added a personal touch to our breakfast experience, making us feel relaxed and completely at home. On our last day, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful gesture—a beautifully arranged fruit platter, accompanied by a heartfelt message from Amey expressing the pleasure of meeting us. It was a perfect reflection of the personalized care and attention this hotel provides. We also had the pleasure of engaging with Mr. Istephan, the Concierge,his passion for his role is evident, and we truly enjoyed the meaningful conversations we had together. The entire team at the Ritz Carlton Budapest goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. This beautiful hotel is run by the most attentive staff and our room with views over Budapest was amazing. The beds were so comfortable. We could walk a couple of blocks to the river and restaurants. The hop on hop off tour bus was also very close by. Special thanks to Atok the concierge who went out of his way to be helpful.
